Why Best-Friends

Our body and our mind are our best friends, they stay with us through thick and thin, and they stay with us till our end. We can live a better life in a fit body and mind. There are a lot of opportunities one has access to, for physical fitness, and there is a need for much to be done about mental fitness. 

Through best-friends , a voluntary social initiative we plan to help by spreading the message of mental fitness.

Who can be a part of Best-Friends?

Everyone who is interested in knowing more about mental fitness or who wants to volunteer is welcome to be a part of the best friends initiative, you can enjoy the content and events as a member of the public, or become part of the volunteering committees to actively take part in content production, event management, and other social initiatives.
